CredentialSmart is the health care industry’s pioneer in developing communicative, web-based solutions for provider credentialing and privileging. Hurricane Katrina thrust CredentialSmart into the middle of the rescue effort because of their database capabilities.

Strategy: The company immediatly needed to refresh its web site, and also provide collateral materials for the sales force as they went to the
fall trade show season.

Result: A complete change to their marketing materials in the short time of 3 weeks, at the same time as the hurricane relief was under way. The result of this effort brought CredentialSmart to the attention of other departments in the federal government, many private organizations and state offices which assisted in the hurricane relief.
