Strategy: Specialty Print Communications evolved from a traditional printer to a direct mail fulfillent provider. The strategy was to help them grow to
be experts in direct market printing and lettershop services.
Result: A totally new marketing environment that reached out to social media, a concerted PR push. direct mail and a new engagement of the sales force with their customers via new tools, expanded education and an outreach of SPC's experts into the market.
